    What can a buyer expect from the process?

    You’ll receive pre-qualified, off-market opportunities supported by detailed Deal Reports. We support you throughout the process – from first contact to close.

    We offer two ways to work together, depending on the level of involvement you’re looking for:

    1. Finder’s Fee Model
      We share pre-qualified deal flow and make the first introduction. You take it from there — managing the negotiations, LOI, and closing process. If a deal closes, we charge a success-based fee as a percentage of the deal value.

    2. Full Buy-Side Advisory
      We step in as your sidekick and support you through the entire process — from screening and valuation to negotiation strategy and LOI drafting, all the way to deal execution. This setup typically involves a retainer + success fee and is designed for buyers who want hands-on support and faster execution.

    3. Due Diligence Support (Optional)
      Due diligence is not included by default in either model. However, as Chartered Accountants with deep M&A experience, we offer dedicated financial and commercial due diligence support on a separate project basis. This ensures you only pay for what you actually need.
